Identity & Contact: Full name, mobile number, email address, organization details; Aadhaar Number, PAN (where required).
Financial & KYC: Bank account details (account holder name, account number, IFSC), UPI ID (if provided), invoices and payout records.
Workforce & Contracting: Profiles, contracts, assignments, attendance/roster data.
Images & Documents: Profile photo (optional), KYC documents, agreements.
Device & App Data: App version, device model, OS version, diagnostics, crash logs, performance.
Location (optional): GPS/network location for attendance, task tagging, site verification (only if enabled/consented).

2) How We Collect Data

From you, from your organization (factory/company admins), automatically via the App, and via permissions you grant (camera, storage, location).

3) Permissions Used (Android)

Camera: capture profile photo, scan documents
Photos/Media/Files or Storage: upload KYC/contract files
Location: attendance geo-tagging, worksite verification
Phone/Network: connectivity checks, OTP verification

Denying a permission may limit related features.
